Airline Held a Youth Leader Election

Uzbekistan Airways held an election for the youth leader, where the young members play a vital role in the company's development and growth. The election of the leader represents an important step in voting for young professionals in all aspects of the company's activities.

The election was held in a democratic format, where every employee of Uzbekistan Airways aged up to 35 years had the opportunity to participate and vote for their representative. Three candidates presented their ideas on the development of the youth movement and increasing the effectiveness of involving young professionals in the company's key projects and initiatives.

After the vote count, the winner was Ahmadbek Mukhtarov, Specialist at the Department of Social Policy of the Personnel Management, who was elected as the youth leader of the airline for a term of two and a half years. In his new role, Ahmad will focus on supporting and developing young talents within the company, as well as representing their interests at the highest management level.
