The contract between the passenger and the airline for the provision of passenger transportationservices is considered concludedafter payment of the full cost of transportationindicated in the issuedticket.
At any timebefore the final confirmation of the payment of the ticket by anyof the payment methodsused, the passenger mayrefuse to conclude a contract of carriage ifany of the terms of such a contract are unacceptableto him.
The rules for the application of tariffs for thesale of passenger transportationand relatedservices may be changed by the airline without priornotice. If the contract of carriage has already been concluded, suchamendments to thiscontract of carriage do notapply. However, if a passenger decides to change the terms of an already concludedcontract of carriage, histicket will be reissuedtaking into account the rules for the application of tariffs in forceat the time of the change in the contract of carriage.
The ticket is validfor flightsin a strictsequence of the transportationroute indicated on the ticket, startingfrom the point of departure. The ticket is valid for the flight on the route,flight, date andclass of service indicatedin itonly forthe personin whosename it is issued.
If the passenger does not intend to use the seat reserved forhim onany part of the flight and at the same time has not refused thereservation provided to him,then:
A change in the booking in the issued flight ticket is made at the passenger’s request if the newbooking does not require a change in the fare, does notviolate the conditions of its applicationand does not require a change in the airline originallyindicated on the flight ticket.
In this case, if the departure date is changed and thealternative flight has seats of the same bookingclass asin the original booking, the departure/flight date ischanged in thebooking record.
A ticket that has already been issued can be reissued at the passenger’s requestif:
- this is allowed by the terms of the fare appliedto pay for transportation;
- changing the booking in the issued flight ticket leads to the need to change the tariff and/or routeand/or carrier.

FEES CHARGEDAT THE CONCLUSION ANDEXECUTION OF A PASSENGER TRANSPORTATIONCONTRACT
In addition to the passenger transportation fare, the followingfees, taxes, and surchargesmay be charged:
-fuel fee, the amount of which depends on the length of the passenger routeand the cost of fuelat the departure airports;
-the fee for the use of automatedbooking systems throughwhich theairline's services are provided.
RULES FOR THE APPLICATION OF AIRLINE FEES

The fee is charged once for eachticket presented forrebooking, regardless of the number of route sections indicated on the ticket. For children aged 2to 12years, as well as infants under the age of 2 who are provided with a separate seaton board the aircraft, rebooking feesapply to children’s discounts inthe sameamount as the discount appliedto pay for the flight ticket.
No fee is charged: - on air tickets issuedfor children under the age oftwo, transported without providing a separate seat in the cabin. |

In case of voluntaryreturn of a fully orpartially unused air ticket paidusing a combination of fares,the cancellationfee is charged according to the terms of the most limitedfare. For an air ticketissued for air transportationusing connecting fares forthrough transportation, a refundfee is charged foreach fare componentfor both used andunused sections of the route. For children aged 2to 12years old, aswell as infants under2 years old who occupy a separate seatin the cabin, thesame discounts that were used to pay for the flight ticket are applied whencollecting the fee forvoluntary cancellation of transportation. There is no fee for the voluntary refund of the ticket.: - when returning air tickets issuedfor children under the age oftwo (INF) who do not occupy a separateseat in the cabin; - from passengers who are provided with free air tickets. The exceptionis air tickets issuedfor frequentflyers; discounted air tickets issued using coupons issued by governmentdepartments of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
