These Rules determine the functioning of the UzAirPlus program (hereinafter referred to as the program), which is a tool for stimulating and rewarding passengers for their commitment to choosing airlines flights.

The rules of operation of the UzAirPlus program may be changed by the JSC without prior warning to participants, including but not limited to, changes to the procedure for accrual of accumulated points, the validity period of points required for upgrading or downgrading the level/status of service, determining the validity period of the level/status of service, allowed for the use of accumulated bonus points. At the same time, service for a passenger participating in the UzAirPlus program who joined the program before the changes were made and has a sufficient number of points to receive awards will be carried out in accordance with the new rules from the date of their entry into force. From the moment these rules come into force, all accruals will be made in accordance with these rules.

In the event that the Airline terminates the UzAirPlus program, award tickets issued in accordance with the provisions of the current rules and issued before the date of termination of the Program can be used during their validity period.

Personal data of participants related to participation in the program is stored, processed and used only for the purpose of the operation of the Program, as well as for mailing information materials related to participation in the program directly to the Participant and partner companies of the program.

Participants of the UzAirPlus program receive bonus points for completed flights for each paid segment of the route specified in the ticket. Points are awarded for a flight segment corresponding to the flight coupon of an air ticket issued on forms with payment code 250:

For regular flights of the JSC;

  • For air tickets for flights where HY is the marketing carrier;
  • For air tickets for flights operated under code – share agreements, where the JSC is the operating carrier, except for tickets purchased from a block of seats that belong to marketing partners.

Also:

  • On the forms of the Transport Clearing House of Russia (TCH), BSP and ARC, issued for sections of regular flights of the JSC;
  • On the forms of partner airlines, issued under the Interline and SPA agreements for sections of the JSC’s regular flights.

On regular flights of the JSC’s partner airlines, operated under code share agreements where the JSC has a block of seats, the provision of a premium ticket, premium upgrade to the class of service or an increase in the free baggage allowance are not provided.

Entry into the program and participation in it is confirmation of the Participant’s agreement with all provisions of these rules.

Terms, definitions and abbreviations.

Airline (Carrier) - an air transport enterprise that carries out commercial transportation of passengers, baggage, cargo and mail on its own or leased aircraft and has a valid operator certificate and a license to carry out transportation.

Partner airlines – Airlines that have entered into Interline, Code-share,SPA agreements with Uzbekistan Airways JSC.

Active points - Award points accumulated/purchased by a program participant over the last 36 months from the current date, which, when they reach the required number, can be used by the participant to receive bonuses provided for by the program rules.

Points - Accounting units of the UzAirPlus program, awarded for completed flights, used to receive program awards and confirm the achievement of certain status levels of participation in the program (PREMIUM, SILVER, GOLD). The number of points awarded for a flight depends on the booking class and the published fare used to pay for the flight

Interline – an agreement signed between airlines on the mutual recognition of transportation payment documents issued for the performance of air transportation services and mutual settlements for such transportation.

Individual participant - Any individual who has reached the age o 16 years and has an identification document (passport, ID card) can become a participant in the UzAirPlus personal program.

Participant card – Personal card of a participant in the UzAirPlus program, containing the last name, first name of the participant, information about the personal account number and the level of participant status. The virtual card number and the Participant’s personal plastic card number are identical.

Corporate participant – a legal entity registered in the UzAirPlus program represented by an appointed manager and employees registered in the Program who participate in the Business Program in accordance with the conditions and rules established for corporate participation.

Partner of the UzAirPlus program – a legal entity (organization or enterprise) with which the airline has entered into an agreement on joint use of the UzAirPlus program in the sale of its products/services and the accrual of bonus points for its own products/services sold by each partner.

Marketing Carrier – an airline that books and sells passenger seats on a codeshare flight under a codeshare agreement and is not an operating carrier. At the same time, the marketing carrier sells seats under its own code, which is indicated in the flight coupon as the code of the airline performing the transportation.

Original Operating Carrier – the carrier actually operating the flight on which the passenger is transported.

Personal account or participant account – the account of a participant in the UzAirPlus program, to which bonus point are awarded for flights earned/purchased by the participant and is recorded by the history of transactions performed with this account. The personal account number is indicated on the participant’s card and is the participant’s identifier in the program.

Award points – points awarded to participants of the UzAirPlus program for each flight performed in accordance with the rules of this program which, when they reach the required number, can be used to receive bonuses provided for by the rules of the program.

UzAirPlus program awards are additional services provided to a program participant upon accumulation of a certain number of bonus points required to receive an award.

Privileges – an additional incentive, benefits, bonuses and/or services provided to Program participants in accordance with their status achieved as a result of participation in the Program.

The “UzAirPlus” program – an airline program designed for frequent flyers and encouraging such passengers with the services of this airline or its partners by providing various awards and bonuses- additional free baggage allowance, service in luxury lounges, receiving air tickets for free flights, providing various priorities for airport service or other rewards.

Uzbekistan airways flights are regular flights of Uzbekistan airways, operated in accordance with the published schedule.

Family program “Family” is a section of the “UzAirPlus” program that provides the opportunity for owners of personal accounts of the program to change the form of their participation in it by opening an account for the “Family” family program and adding members of their family to the list of account participants, who will also be able to receive privileges provided in accordance with the program rules.

Participant status is level of availability of a set of privileges achieved by a program participant and depends on the frequency/quantity, route of flights and tariffs paid for such flights.

Status points - a number of points that makes it possible to obtain or confirm a participant’s right to a certain status in the program and receive privileges corresponding to such status.

TCH (Transport Clearing House of Russia) is an organization that provides management of the sales rights of agents certified by TCH, organization of the process of registration of passenger transportation and additional services, settlements between agencies and air carriers for sold transportation, executed on the forms of neutral transportation documents owned by TCH.

Transaction – operations to accrue or write off points from the personal account of a Program participant.

Gold level is a privileged status that gives the right to receive additional privileges for participants of the UzAirPlus program.

Premium level is the initial level of participation in the UzAirPlus program.

Silver level is privileged status that gives the right to receive additional privileges for participants of the UzAirPlus program.

Participant or Participants of the UzAirPlus program are passenger(s) flying on regular flights of the JSC and registered in the program.

ARC (Airline Reporting Corporation) is an air travel sales network and airline-agent settlement system that regulates and processes sales of air travel by travel agencies using neutral forms and operates in the United States, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands and American Samoa.

BSP (Billing Settlement Plan) – is an air travel sales network and settlement system between airlines and IATA accredited and certified agents, regulating and processing travel sales by various travel agencies using neutral forms and operating in countries that occur outside the ARC system operating area.

Code-share is an agreement according to which the operator party (Actual Carrier) grants, on code share flights, the partner party (Marketing Carrier) the right to sell transportation under the Marketing Carrier’s own code on the basis of mutual exchange of blocks of seats or on a free sale.

SPA (Special Prorate Agreement) is a special agreement between two carriers on the establishment of tariffs on routes that include sections of both carriers.
