Status, bonuses and privileges of a participant in an individual program.
- Rewards for passengers – participants of the individual program “UzAirPlus”, who have accumulated a certain number of award points and/or achieved a certain status in the program are made by:
- Premium upgrade to service class;
- Issuance of an award ticket;
- Increasing the free baggage allowance for Silver and Gold members;
- Providing passengers who have achieved “Gold” status with the right to free service in CIP/Business Lounges for arrival/departure at airports in Uzbekistan, if such a lounge is available at the airport.
How to get Silver status.
To obtain “Silver” status, a participant must accumulate 50,000 status points within 12 months of the current calendar year. Status points are recalculated and reset annually on January 10 at 23:59. If the number of status points required to obtain the “Silver” level is accumulated in less than 12 months, then the Participant receives the “Silver” status in the month in which the number of status points reached the number of points required to obtain the privileged status.The validity period of the “Silver” status for the first time received by a member begins from the date of accumulation of 50,000 points and is valid until the end of the current year and the entire year following the current one. For other “Silver” status holders, every year on January 10, status points are reset to zero and the status point collection counter starts counting again. Cancellation of status points does not affect active points that are used to receive premium services.
How to get “Gold” status.
To obtain “Gold” status, a participant must accumulate 75,000 status points within 12 months of the current calendar year. Status points are recalculated and reset annually on January 10 at 23:59. If the number of status points required to obtain the “Gold” level is accumulated in less than 12 months, then the participant receives the “Gold” status in the month in which the number of status points reached the required number of points. The validity period of the “Gold” status received for the first time by a member begins from the date of accumulation of 75,000 points and is valid until the end of the current year and the entire year following the current one. For other “Gold” status holders, every year on January 10, status points are reset and the status point accrual counter starts counting again. Cancellation of status points does not affect active points that are used to receive premium services.
If during the last 12 months of the validity period of the “Silver” or “Gold” status level, the participant does not accumulate the required number of his status points necessary to confirm the corresponding privileged level, then the participant’s status is automatically lowered by one level.
Changing the number of active points of a member does not affect the number of status points used to obtain privileged statuses and corresponding rewards.

The privilege of an additional baggage allowance is provided for transportation on both the OW and RT routes. This privilege must be registered in the JSC’s own offices or on the official website of the JSC in advance, by issuing an EMD and indicating the name of the award.
If the prize baggage exceeds the additional baggage allowance, as well as the standard dimensional norms established for baggage items, such baggage is paid for according to the general rules established for excess baggage:
- For Weight Concept, each excess kilogram of baggage is paid according to the general rules (the standard rate for the transportation of one kilogram of excess baggage, set for the section of the route on which this method of baggage acceptance is used for transportation).
- For the Piece Concept - according to the general rules of payment for excess baggage, established by subsection 5.3. Table 2. “Rules of air transportation of passengers and baggage on flights of Uzbekistan Airways JSC. Part 2. Rules of baggage transportation”.
The additional free baggage allowance provided by the prize cannot be used to transport baggage that is not included in the free baggage allowance, such special categories as animals, sports equipment, weapons, televisions.
The privilege in the form of free service in the CIP and Business Lounge halls upon departure/arrival from / to the airports of Uzbekistan is provided upon presentation by the passenger of an air ticket and an EMD issued in advance on the official website of the JSC.

Registration of the corresponding privileges is carried out by the participant on the JSC website or in its own sales offices, branches, representative offices of the JSC, subject to the participant providing the number of a valid personal account of the corresponding status.
The UzAirPlus program provides several levels /statuses for individual participants:
PREMIUM – entry level; SILVER – privileged status; Gold – privileged status;Besides, individual participants are provided with additional privileges such as:
Payment of additional baggage allowance with reward points earned and/or purchased by the participant; Priority confirmation of booking from the waiting list (for Gold status holders); Priority service in emergency situations.
