Uzbekistan Airways at ITB INDIA 2023

The international tourism exhibition ITB INDIA 2023, held in the city of Mumbai, is one of the largest and included in the international network of ITB. Participants are travel associations, hotels, airlines, MICE and travel agencies. 

The event is a relevant platform for the purposeful activities of the airline to attract potential passengers from South India to our country and resume direct regular flights from Tashkent to Mumbai in the next few years.

During the exhibition, the airline’s delegates held a series of negotiations and meetings with representatives of local businesses who were interested in resuming flights to Mumbai, as well as providing convenient connections to European and Russian destinations, according to the Uzbekistan Airways route network.

Also, the delegation of Uzbekistan Airways took part in the official opening ceremony of ITB INDIA 2023 together with the director of the Nurnberg Messe group - Satyendra Mehra, the General German Consul in India - Achim Fabig, the deputy general director of Indo German - Sonia Prashar and the managing director of Messe Berlin - Katrina Leung. During negotiations with the participants of the opening ceremony, it was proposed to visit the Tashkent International Tourism Fair 2023.
