Passengers are required to present all checked baggage and hand baggage for processing at the check-in counter.

Every passenger occupying a separate seat is entitled to carry hand baggage free of charge, consisting of the following:
Personal items (Hand baggage), which must be stowed under the seat in front of you during the flight (such as a handbag, compact backpack, briefcase, or man-bag), weighing no more than 5 kg with total dimensions not exceeding 92 cm (sum of three dimensions).
Cabin baggage item(s), with total dimensions not exceeding 115 cm (sum of three dimensions), permitted by the airline for carriage within the cabin and stowed in the overhead compartments above the passenger seats.

Weight limits for cabin baggage stowed in the overhead compartments:
— For Economy Class passengers — 8 kg
— For Business Class passengers — 10 kg.

Maximum permissible dimensions for cabin baggage stowed in the overhead compartments: The dimensions of any single item must not exceed 55 cm, 35 cm, and 25 cm, and the maximum total sum of the three dimensions must not exceed 115 cm. These measurements include wheels, handles, and side pockets. If the cabin baggage consists of more than one bag (item), they shall be considered as a single piece for carriage purposes, and their combined total dimensions must not exceed 115 cm.

Maximum permissible dimensions for items containing personal belongings or documents (Hand baggage): Compact bags, backpacks, briefcases, or handbags must not exceed a total sum of 92 cm in three dimensions and must not weigh more than 5 kg.

If hand baggage exceeds the weight and/or size limitations established by the airline, it must be checked in for carriage as registered baggage during flight registration.

In the event that there is insufficient space in the cabin to accommodate hand baggage, the passenger may be offered the option to transport it as registered baggage at the time of check-in. If the weight and dimensions of such baggage are within the permitted limits, it will be accepted for transport in the aircraft's cargo hold at no additional charge.

Should a passenger personally request to transport their permitted allowance of hand baggage in the cargo compartment, the items will be marked with identification tags and carried as registered baggage without incurring fees for excess weight or additional pieces.

Beyond the established hand baggage allowance, a passenger may bring the following items into the cabin:
— A suit in a compact garment bag;
— Goods purchased from Duty Free shops, weighing no more than 5 kg and packed in a bag with total dimensions not exceeding 92 cm (sum of three dimensions);
— One mobility aid for passengers with reduced mobility (crutches, walkers, canes, rollators, etc.). This may include a folding wheelchair, which can be carried in the cabin only if there is sufficient space for its safe storage. If space is unavailable, the wheelchair will be accepted as registered baggage free of charge;
— A baby travel cradle or a folding stroller, with total dimensions not exceeding 118 cm (55 × 40 × 23 cm), for passengers traveling with children under the age of five.
