Special Offer on Flights from Uzbekistan to Moscow and St. Petersburg!

We hereby inform you that Uzbekistan Airways is launching a PROMOTION on flights departing from cities in Uzbekistan to Moscow and St. Petersburg. Under this offer, discounts are provided on the published individual economy class fares for direct routes, as follows:

1. Promotion period (sales dates): October 12–15, 2025 (inclusive);

2. Travel period: Not limited (the period of validity of the ticket is determined by the rules of the applicable fare; ticketing is allowed within the published schedule);

3. Routes: Regular flights operated by Uzbekistan Airways with initial departure from cities in Uzbekistan to Moscow and St. Petersburg, where HY is the operating carrier (for example, one-way transportation Namangan–Moscow or round-trip Namangan–Moscow–Namangan).

ATTENTION!

The discount does NOT apply to routes where the initial point of departure is Moscow or St. Petersburg (for example, Moscow–Namangan or Moscow–Namangan–Moscow).

4. Discount amount (only applicable to economy class fares):

•  For adults: from Uzbekistan to Moscow – up to 40% off the economy class fare;

• For adults: from Uzbekistan to St. Petersburg – up to 30% off the economy class fare;

• For children aged 2–12 and infants under 2 occupying a seat – up to 40% and 30% respectively, applied to the published fare with the child discount;

• The discount does not apply to infants under 2 years old who do not occupy a seat.

5. In case of refund/rebooking/reissue, the discount does not apply to any associated fees for refund/reissue/NO-SHOW.

For children, charges are applied as per standard rules (with a discount of up to 25%). When calculating a refund for a partially used ticket, the fare for the used segment is deducted without applying the discount.

6. In case of rebooking/reissue of completely unused tickets purchased under this discount, the fare difference must be paid up to the full fare level without discounts. Exceptions include:

– Class upgrade for accumulated bonus points to class Z,

– Reissuance under the Change Name Policy (corrections of name, surname, or passport details).

7. In case of rebooking/reissue during the promotion period of tickets purchased earlier, the discount does not apply.

8. In case of rebooking/reissue of partially used tickets purchased with a discount, recalculation is made as of the ticket issuance date (i.e., with the discount applied).

9. In case of rebooking on October 12–15, 2025, of tickets purchased on October 1, 2025, with promo code HYWHFRTM (discount up to 15%), the higher discount (up to 40% or 30%) does not apply, and a fare adjustment to the full rate must be made.

10. Sales channels:

Tickets with the discount may be purchased on the airline’s official website (in UZS/USD/RUB), within Uzbekistan (through the Uzbekistan Airways Sales branch and its agents), as well as abroad only through the airline’s own direct sales network (agents working with HY under direct agency agreements, 25021…).

The offer does not apply to BSP agents.

11. Combination of discounts is prohibited, except for the child discount.

12. The discount applies to all published individual economy class fares on direct flights originating from Uzbekistan to Moscow and St. Petersburg (including low-cost flights) on HY stock (25021…).

It does not apply to CodeShare flights or fares published under commercial agreements (SPA).

13. The discount does not apply to tickets issued under block seat agreements or group bookings.

In cases where the above-mentioned discounted routes are combined with non-discounted routes, the transportation must be issued on separate tickets.
