In the sky, just as upon the earth, there is nothing more valuable than human life and the readiness to come to the rescue

On the 11 of October upon the flight HY511 according to the route of Tashkent – Seoul, an extraordinary situation occurred: one of the passengers suddenly felt unwell. Thanks to the operative and coordinated actions of our crew, and also to the selfless help of the Uzbek doctor Kamilov Hasan Bakhriddinovich, who was flying upon this flight, the life of the woman was completely out of danger.

On behalf of the entire airline, we sincerely thank Kamilov Hasan Bakhriddinovich for the responsiveness, the high professionalism, and the readiness to provide assistance within a critical minute. Also, we are proud and express gratitude to our crew, which acted precisely, cohesively, and without delays.
