Today, a memorable event took place at the Uzbekistan Airways Training Center – the ceremonial awarding of certificates to a new generation of aviators. This marks the fifth successful graduation class of the Flight School, operating under our airline's structural division.

Developing human resource potential is one of Uzbekistan Airways' key priorities. The solemn ceremony was opened by Shakhzod Ikramov, Deputy Chairman of the Board for Flight Operations, Sergey Kim, Director of the Flight Service Department, and Rustam Turabov, Director of the Training Center. In their addresses, they emphasized the strategic importance of training highly qualified professionals for the future of Uzbekistan's aviation industry.

The successful implementation of this large-scale educational project is the result of comprehensive support from the country's leadership and a fruitful partnership with a leading European provider of comprehensive flight crew training. The graduates received type ratings to operate Airbus A320 family aircraft. These modern airliners currently constitute more than half of the Uzbekistan Airways fleet.

We proudly name the graduates of the fifth group who successfully navigated the demanding training program: Sherzod Kamalov, Farruxjon Ibraximov, Abdumalik Yo'ldoshev, Azizbek Olimjonov, Saidamirxon Axmedov, and Akbar Koilov.

The piloting profession demands the highest discipline, extensive knowledge, and immense responsibility. Addressing the young specialists with words of encouragement, Erkin Gulyamov, Deputy Director of the Center for Flight Training, noted: "Thank you all for your immense hard work. May your skies always be clear. Best of luck!" The flight and ground instruction staff, whose professional expertise laid the foundation for the new pilots' training, also joined in with warm wishes: "We sincerely congratulate our graduates! We are proud of your achievements and wish you safe flights!".

The event concluded with the presentation of the long-awaited certificates and commemorative gifts. Ahead for our colleagues lie thousands of flight hours and the noble mission of ensuring passenger comfort and safety. Congratulations on the beginning of this great journey, and welcome to the team!.
