Promotion Details

1. Promotion period: 28–30 November 2025
2. Eligible routes: All regular flights operated by Uzbekistan Airways (including domestic services)
3. Discount amounts for economy class fares:
   • Adults: up to 20% off the fare
   • Children aged 2–12 and infants under 2 occupying a seat: 20% off the published fare, in addition to the standard child discount
   • Infants under 2 not occupying a seat: discount does not apply
4. In cases of refund, rebooking, or reissuance, the discount does not apply to any applicable penalties or charges. For partially used tickets, the used portion is recalculated without the promotional discount.
5. When reissuing or rebooking fully unused tickets purchased with the discount, the fare difference up to the full, undiscounted fare must be collected. Exceptions apply only to upgrades using bonus miles to class Z and changes made under the Change Name Policy.
6. Tickets originally issued before 28–30 November 2025 and reissued during the promotion period are not eligible for the discount.
7. When reissuing partially used tickets purchased with the discount, recalculation is performed as of the original ticketing date — i.e. with the discount applied.
8. Tickets issued previously with promo codes or prior discounts and reissued during 28–30 November 2025 are not eligible for the promotional discount; the fare must be brought up to the full level.
9. Discounted sales are available:
   • On the airline’s website (in UZS/USD/RUB),
   • Within Uzbekistan via Uzbekistan Airways Sales branches and authorized agents,
   • Abroad through Uzbekistan Airways’ own direct sales network.
     The offer does not apply to BSP agents. Online sales will be processed automatically; agents will apply the up to 20% discount manually for adults and seated children (in addition to the standard CH25% discount).
10. Travel period: unrestricted (subject to fare rules and published schedules).
11. Combining this discount with other promotions is prohibited, except for child discounts.
12. The discount applies to all published individual economy class fares, including through fares on the airline’s own regular services and low-cost flights on HY stock. It does not apply to CodeShare flights or fares under commercial agreements (SPA).
13. The discount does not apply to block-seat agreements, group bookings, or A3PAX/A4PAX fares.
14. The discount does not apply to flights operated by Uzbekistan Helicopters or Silk Avia.
15. The discount does not apply to Tashkent–Mumbai–Tashkent flights for P/R fares (the existing 50% discount remains). For all other economy fare types, the up to 20% discount applies. For flights originating in Andijan to Novosibirsk, the up to 65% discount on P/R fares remains; for all other fare types, including Novosibirsk–Andijan, the up to 20% discount applies.

Note: Taxes, fees, and surcharges are added to the passenger fare and are not subject to the discount.
