The Republic of Korea

1. Alcohol and cigarettes:

  • Duties are subject to the following imported goods: alcoholic beverages (more than 1 bottle. To 1 liter), tobacco products in excess of 200 cigarettes, 50 cigars or 250 grams of tobacco.

2. Jewelries. You must declare the importation for personal use, followed by removal of jewelry, expensive watches.

3. Weapons and ammunition.

  • Prohibited to import / export of arms, ammunition, explosives and toxic substances.

4. Artistic and cultural-historical values. Prohibited to import / export of antiques, as well as goods, are numbered among the cultural heritage (without special permission) .

5. Currency.  Import and export is permitted without declaring cash in an amount equivalent to not more than 10 thousands of USA dollars.

6. Other.  You must declare the importation for personal use, followed by export photographic equipment, furs and other expensive  articles. Duty subject to a 60 ml perfume.

7. Prohibited to import / export:

  • Coins ;
  • Publications and other materials classified Constitution of the Republic of Korea as “threatening of public safety” ;

Russian Federation

Dear passengers!

According to the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance and the State Plant Quarantine Inspectorate under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, from March 5, 2019, fresh vegetables and fruits are allowed to be carried in hand luggage and baggage of passengers entering the Russian Federation, as well as  dried fruits and nuts with a total weight of not more than 5 kilograms

No. 560, "On applying certain special economic measures to ensure security of the Russian Federation" with amendments introduced by the Russian Federation Government decisions of 20 August 2014. No. 1086 and may 20, 2017.  No. 604 has been introduced a ban on the import into the Russian Federation of agricultural products, raw materials and food, the countries of origin of which are:

-USA, European Union countries, Canada, Australia, Kingdom of Norway, Ukraine, the Republic of Albania, Iceland, Montenegro and the Principality of Liechtenstein.

The prohibited to import products are:

  • cattle meat (fresh, chilled, frozen);
  • pork (fresh, chilled, frozen);
  • meat and edible offal of poultry (fresh, chilled, frozen);
  • meat, salted, in brine, dried or smoked;
  • live fish, crustaceans, molluscs and other invertebrates kinds of fish;
  • milk and dairy products;
  • vegetables, edible roots and tubers;
  • fruit and nuts;
  • sausages and similar products of meat, meat offal or blood, food preparations made on their basis;
  • food or finished products, salt.

Also, in accordance with the decision of the Government of the Russian Federation 22.07.2016, No. 706, from 27.08.2016, No. 846, from 09.10.2016, No. 1020, from 09.03.2017, No. 276, from 02.06.2017, No. 672 was introduced a ban on the import of tomatoes (fresh, chilled) from Turkish Republic in Russian Federation.

Uzbekistan Airways

 

1) Information on printed media, as well as audio and video, which contains:

  • Calls for extremist or terrorist activities;
  • Pornography, transported for sale;
  • Promotional materials made in violation of the Russian legislation on elections and referendums;
  • Materials that promote Nazi symbols and paraphernalia;
  • Information that could harm the political or economic interests of the members of the customs union, their national security, as well as the health and morals of individuals.

This category does not include drugs that are taken for medical reasons, upon presentation of relevant documents.

7) Human organs and tissues, as well as blood and its components.

8) Ozone-depleting substances on the list established in accordance with the legislation of the Customs Union

REMINDER FOR PASSENGERS TO COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE VETERINARY LEGISLATION OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION AND THE CUSTOMS UNION

The office of Rosselkhoznadzor of the Russian Federation and the Customs Union warns that currently the world is a in complicated epizootic situation: a number of near and far abroad countries are affected by avian influenza, swine flu, murrain, nodular dermatitis.

In order to avoid the infiltration and spreading of infectious diseases:

- is forbidden the import of raw and finished food products of animal origin from unsafe regions .

Products under the control: animals, birds, fish, meat and dairy products, seafood, skins, stuffed animals, hunting trophies of wild animals, birds and fish - must be accompanied by veterinary certificates of the established form issued by the veterinary service of the country of departure.

In case of detection of these products in the hand baggage and luggage of passengers without accompanying with the veterinary certificates at the checkpoint through the State border of the Russian Federation, the products are subject to seizure and forfeiture, and the persons violating the requirements of importation of controlled products will be brought to administrative responsibility.

USA

1. Alcohol and cigarettes. Foreigner, an adult (over 21 years) and have the status of a non-resident US, allowed to bring into the country without paying customs duties not exceeding 1 liter of alcoholic beverages, and this applies not only to the spirits, but also beer, wine, liquor.

  • Drinks brought in by you over this norm shall be taxable.

2. Prohibited to import:

Singapore

1. Alcohol and cigarettes.Persons over the age of 18 years is entitled to bring into the territory of Singapore for personal use without paying customs duties 1 litre of spirits (brandy, whisky, gin, rum, vodka), 1 litre of wine and 1 litre of beer (Ales, sprout, porter). However, this privilege does not apply to persons traveling to Singapore from Malaysia, as well as those who spent outside Singapore less than 48 hours - for this category of persons, the importation of alcohol is prohibited.

2. Weapons and ammunition.
 Firearms, explosives, bullet-proof clothing, toy guns, pistols and revolvers and knives, spears and swords (for import requires special permission from the Police authority of Singapore).

3. Currency.
In accordance with Singapore Law on corruption, drug trafficking and other serious crimes, persons entering Singapore and departing from Singapore carrying cash or negotiable instruments in bearer for a total amount of 30 thousand Singh. $ . (or foreign currency equivalent) or more, at customs control must file a Declaration.

4. Prohibited to import:

  • chewing gum (except medical chewing gum);
  • chewing tobacco;
  • lighters in the shape of a pistol or revolver;
  • narcotic and psychotropic substances;

  • fireworks
  • pornographic publications, video and audio recordings, computer programs; - copies of publications, video records, video compact discs, laser discs, records and tapes made with copyright infringement;- materials of anti-government content, rebellious nature.

Attempt to import any of the above items in Singapore is a criminal offence.

Republic Tajikistan

Physical persons can move through customs border Republic of Tajikistan with outright release from payment of customs payments of the goods for the sum equivalent 1000$, and
also receive or send without payment of customs payments the international items of mail in the total cost to 100$.
Restrictions on import of tobacco products and alcohol are not present, if the total cost of all imported goods does not exceed 100$

Animals, asbestos, bees, bloodsuckers, silkworms and other live organisms, biological substances (infectious or not infectious), gold or silver ingots, the false goods or materials, coins, currency, a fire-arms, the ammunition (or spare parts), folding knifes, the furs dangerous or combustible materials, human or animal remains (ashes), subjects from an ivory, jewelry, drugs, the credit-and-monetary documentation, perfumery, the perishable goods, a pornography, precious metals and stones, the hours, which cost exceeds 150$, antiques, crude eggs, electronic and high-frequency devices, furs, honey and honey honeycombs, precious metals and stones, viagra.

2. Currency.
Foreign currency import is not limited; export - to 500$ (it concerns also national currency in recalculation for US dollars).
At entrance the certificate on inoculations is not required, but it is desirable to have the document on an inoculation against a belly typhus.
At import of pets it is necessary to have on them passports of the international sample with instructions of inoculations from furiousness and plague

Thailand

  • Alcohol and cigarettes. the maximum quantity of 200 cigarettes or 250 grams of tobacco (cigars) per person, but both not more than 250 g, and 1 liter of alcoholic beverages.
  • Products imported in excess of the established norms, should be left in a designated special boxes to customs control.
  • Artistic and cultural-historical values.
  • For import/export of statues and Buddha images, items of religious and ancient art, Antiques requires permission of the Department of fine arts (Department of Fine Arts).
  • Weapon and ammunition: Weapon, ammunition and explosive devices for import/export requires permission of Department of the national police (Office of National Police).
  • Technique. For import/export of wireless receivers and transmitters, telecommunication equipment requires the approval of the National telecommunications Commission (National Telecommunications Commission).
  • Prohibited to import:- narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances;- items and publications obscene;- counterfeit and pirated goods; - false coins and banknotes, protected wild animals.For import and export of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances the laws of Thailand provides a particularly harsh measure up to the death penalty.

Turkmenistan

1. Prohibited for importation into Turkmenistan legal entities and individuals:

  • children's pneumatic guns, revolvers, machine guns, rifles and other means with ejection of plastic bullets and other;
  • used tires (in the case of their destiny for commercial purposes);
  • vehicles with right-hand drive or right-converted from LHD except special equipment, machinery and vehicles passing in transit through the territory of Turkmenistan;
  • road vehicles, not including model year which was 10 years old, and regardless of model year vehicles, motorcycles, tractors, special machinery and other equipment does not meet the rules of the road due to damage or deterioration, after determining in the prescribed manner and the extent of damage damage - high-performance cars of the sample, as well as cars with engine capacity of more than 3500 cc (except vehicles designed for off-road driving, vans, transit through the territory of Turkmenistan and re-export);

2. Prohibited for importation into Turkmenistan, export (sending) from Turkmenistan by natural persons:

  • weapons, ammunition, military equipment and specially designed for their production components and materials;
  • explosive substances
  • nuclear materials, including in the form of fuel assemblies;
  • sources of ionizing radiation;
  • technology and special equipment that can be used to create weapons and military equipment;
  • pyrotechnics (fireworks (sparklers and flint, candle and torch ignited gunpowder in it does not apply) firecrackers, rocket launcher)
  • drugs, psychotropic substances, precursors, technology or equipment for their production and use;
  • poisons and toxic substances;
  • canceled securities
  • labels (labels) to cork the bottles and other packaging materials intended for the manufacture of all types of alcoholic beverages.

Turkey

1. Alcohol and cigarettes:

  • Duty-free import of 20 packs of cigarettes, or 50 cigars or 200  gramms of tobacco, 5 l of alcoholic drinks are resolved.

2. Jewelries. 

  • Jewelries and values are necessary to indicate in the declaration.

3. The weapon and ammunition. 

  • Weapon import-export is forbidden.

4. Home appliances.

  •  Besides private use subjects it is authorized to import: two cameras, a portable radio receiver, the typewriter, a movie camera. Video recorders, TVs, it is necessary to specify in the declaration.

5. Currency.

  •  Import of foreign and national currency is unlimited (the declaration is obligatory at the sum over 5000 US dollars). Turkish lyres can be taken out in the sum equivalent of 1000 US dollars.

6. Other.

  • Duty-free import of gifts - for the sum no more than 200 US dollars, cosmetics, perfumery, foodstuff within personal needs is resolved.

7. Import is forbidden:

  • Drugs, the medicines containing the big dose of narcotic substances.

Ukraine

It is strictly forbidden to import into Ukraine materials that promote war, racism, violence. 

Not allowed to import  a number of products:

  •  Drugs
  •  Toxic or radioactive substances;
  •  Poisonous and explosive substances;
  •  Products that do not have the permission;
  •  Medicines in large quantities, is one type of medication - not more than 5 packs;
  •  Psychotropic substances

France

1. Cigarettes. Allowed 200 cigarettes, or 100 cigarillos, or 50 cigars, or 250 grams of tobacco for smoking. In case of exceeding one of the established norms will have to pay a certain sum for the right to use the transported goods and a fine or to abandon the transported goods and to pay a fine. To carry cigarettes and alcoholic beverages may only persons who have reached 17 years of age.

3. Jewelries. 4. Cars and petrol. When imported into the national territory must be presented:

  • the registration document of the vehicle;
  • the document of sale (if it occurred);
  • insurance valid in France;- if necessary, the document on European transit (T1);
  • if the country of origin of imported car, signed with the EU free trade agreement (Association européenne de libre échange (AELE), then you will also need to present the certificate EUR1, certified by the customs authorities of the country of origin, which will either reduce or completely relieve from payment of customs duties when importing a/t means.

Japan

In accordance with Japanese law imported into the country goods and personal items belonging to foreign natural and legal persons must pass customs inspection. Foreign citizens undergo customs control in a simplified manner.
Provided by the system of so-called "Green" and "red" corridors.
On the "green" corridor pass passengers without luggage or having things be skipped without customs duties. "Red" corridor are passengers in the baggage which contain objects, subject to declaration, or goods whose import to Japan restricted or prohibited .

1. Alcohol and cigarettes:Customs regulations provide for quantitative restrictions in the country duty-free alcoholic beverages, tobacco products. Allowed to bring three bottles of alcohol (no more than 760 ml each), up to 200 cigarettes, 100 cigars or 500 grams of other types of tobacco.

3. Weapons and ammunition:
Prohibits the importation of:

  • weapons and firearms, parts and components to it;
  • ammunition and explosives (dynamite, gunpowder, etc.), raw materials for the production of explosives.

4. Currency.
On departure from Japan permitted the passage of the national currency at a rate of no more than 1 million. Yen. For export of larger amounts must obtain permission from the Ministry of Finance. 5. Cars and other property
For personal use at the time of long-term stay in Japan (over one year) duty free import is allowed to cars, boats and other vehicles, as well as furniture and other household goods, provided that the customs authorities will be provided with the documents confirming ownership of these items before entering the Japan, more than one year.
At exportation from Japan goods purchased within the country, with exemption from the consumer tax on customs must pass "Confirmation of export of goods" received by the buyer at the store when making a purchase.

6. Medicinal products.

7. Food commodities
There are restrictions on the import of food rice (to a maximum of 100 kg per person per year). Duty-free import of caviar limited to 200 g per person.

8. Personal belongings.
From payment of customs duties exempted the subjects imported foreign citizen exclusively for personal use and in the amounts set by the government, taking into account the length of stay of a foreigner in Japan, as well as kind of his occupation.
Other products of foreign manufacture imported into the country in the event that their total value does not exceed 200 thousand. Yen per person.

9. Prohibited import in Japan.

  • Chemical and biological materials that can be used for weapons of mass destruction;
  • all kinds of drugs and psychotropic substances, as well as means for their production and use;
  • forged securities and bank notes;
  • books, magazines, drawings and engravings with immoral content, child pornography;
  • publications, disturbing public order (calling for violence, mass protests and subvert state power and so on.); - objects prejudicial to intellectual property (trademark, author and patent Rights) and counterfeit trademark goods.
  • Prohibited import these seeds and plants:
  • Some species of potato tubers;
  • rice seedlings, rice straw, including straw of rice products (mattings, bags, mats, etc.);
  • fruits of some fruits (apricots, cherries, cherry, plum, peach, pear, quince, walnut);
  • straw and leaves of a plant Hordeum, Triticum and Secale (including straw as packaging materials and similar products from it), as well as straw and leaves of a plant kind wheatgrass.

Completely banned the import to Japan from America and Europe, fresh animal meat and semi-finished products from it, as well as the types of perishable meat products, which has no international standard certificates («Animal Health Certificate»).

Uzbekistan

There is additional information regarding plant quarantine in the Republic of Uzbekistan.

It is forbidden for passengers from abroad to carry in their hand luggage the following regulated products with a high phytosanitary risk, such as planting material, fruits, vegetables and flowers. Otherwise, all regulated products will be seized by the quarantine inspector and destroyed in accordance with the established procedure
