The term of office of Shuhrat Shavkatovich Khudaykulov as Chairman of the Board has been extended for another three year

By decision of the Supervisory Board and the General Meeting of Shareholders of Uzbekistan Airways JSC, the term of office of Shukhrat Shavkatovich Khudaykulov as Chairman of the Management Board has been extended for another three years.

Shukhrat Shavkatovich has been heading the national airline since 2023. Taking into account the achieved results and the ongoing development strategy, the shareholders expressed their confidence in the current management by supporting the continuation of his tenure. 

The decision is aimed at the further development of the airline, expansion of the route network, and improvement of service quality. Under his leadership, projects on fleet modernization, strengthening international cooperation, and increasing operational efficiency are being consistently implemented.
