From 11 to 18 November, you can purchase tickets with discounts of up to 20% off the base fare for Economy Class travel.

The promotion applies to all destinations on flights departing from Uzbekistan, including round-trip itineraries. Taxes, fees, and surcharges are applied in addition to the passenger fare and are not subject to discounts.

1. Promotion period: 11–18 November 2025;

 2. Eligible routes: all regular flights operated by HY with initial departure from Uzbekistan (including domestic routes);

 3. Applicable discount on Economy Class fares:

• Adults – up to 20% off the fare;

• Accompanied children aged 2–12 and infants under 2 occupying a seat – up to 20% off the published fare in addition to the standard child discount;

• Infants under 2 not occupying a seat – discount not applicable;

 4. In cases of refund/rebooking/reissue, the discount does not apply to refund/reissue/NO-SHOW fees; child fees are charged as per standard rules (with a 25% child discount). For partially used tickets, the refund is calculated based on the fare of the used segment without applying the promotional discount.

 5. For reissue/rebooking of fully unused tickets issued with the discount, a fare uplift to the full fare level (without discounts) is required. Exceptions: upgrade to Z class using loyalty points and reissue under the Change Name Policy.

 6. For reissue/rebooking performed between 11–18 November 2025 for tickets issued earlier, the discount does not apply.

 7. For reissue/rebooking of partially used tickets issued with the discount, recalculation is based on the ticket’s original issue date (i.e., with the discount applied).

 8. For reissue of tickets issued on 01.10.2025 or under previously offered promo codes/discounts, the 20% discount does not apply; a fare uplift to the full fare is required.

 9. Discounted sales are permitted on the airline’s website (in UZS/USD/RUB), at Uzbekistan Airways Sales offices within Uzbekistan, and abroad only through HY direct-agent sales (agents working solely under HY direct agency agreements, 25021…) regardless of passenger citizenship. BSP agents are excluded. Website sales apply the discount automatically; agents apply it manually (up to 20% for adults and children occupying seats, in addition to the CH25% child discount).

 10. Travel period: unlimited (validity determined by fare rules; ticket issuance permitted according to the published schedule).

 11. Combining discounts is prohibited, except for child discounts.

 12. The discount applies to all published individual Economy Class fares with initial departure from Uzbekistan, including low-budget flights, on HY stock (25021…). Not applicable on CodeShare flights or SPA fares.

 13. The discount does not apply to block-seat agreements, group bookings, or A3PAX/A4PAX fares.

 14. The discount does not apply to flights operated by Uzbekistan Helicopters or Silk Avia.

 15. The discount does not apply to regular flights with initial departure from Tashkent to Moscow and from Tashkent/Bukhara/Samarkand/Urgench to St. Petersburg, which already have discounts of up to 40% and 30% respectively until 12.11.2025 (from 13 to 18 November 2025, a discount of up to 20% will apply). Additionally, flights from Andijan to Novosibirsk maintain a discount of up to 65% for P/R fares (up to 20% applies to all other fare types).
