Information for passengers on the Tashkent – Riga flight

From September 1, 2025 all third-country nationals without Latvian visa or residence permit (except for EU, NATO, EAEU, OECD, Switzerland and Brazil) are obliged to fill in an electronic declaration form on eta.gov.lv website not later than 48 hours before arrival.

Failure to fill in the form: entry is prohibited, fine up to 2000 euro, restrictions on future travel.
