Firefighting training at the Uzbekistan Airways building

Today, March 4, 2024, a fire evacuation training was held in the building of Uzbekistan Airways Flight Service Department.

This training and methodological event in the field of civil protection was held in cooperation with the Tashkent Department of Emergency Situations to improve the knowledge of the airline's management staff and employees on how to act in case of a major fire in a multi-storey building.

During the training, the fire warning system worked properly, and the personnel left the building by evacuation exits.

In addition, there was a demonstration of evacuation on a stretcher and with the help of a rope-lowering device.

At the end of the event, employees of the Department of Emergency Situations familiarized Uzbekistan Airways employees with the work of firefighters, with the techniques and equipment used in extinguishing fires, as well as visual demonstrations of special clothing.
