Detailed Information (Terms and Conditions):

1. Promotional Period: December 6–8, 2025.

2. Route Eligibility: All regular airline routes where HY is the flight operator (including domestic routes).

3. Discount Level (Economy Class Base Fare):

• For Adults: 15% off the base fare.

• For Children (2–12 years) and Infants occupying a seat: 15% off the published fare, applied in addition to the established child discount.

• For Infants (under 2 years) not occupying a seat: This discount does not apply.

4. Refund/Change Fees: The promotional discount does not apply to any associated fees for refund, rebooking, re-issuance, or NO-SHOW penalties. For children, fees are collected as established (with the 25% child discount applied). For calculating the refund amount of a partially used ticket, the utilized segment's fare will be subtracted without applying the holiday discount.

5. Re-issuance/Rebooking (Unused): For re-issuance or rebooking of entirely unused tickets purchased with the discount, the difference up to the full undiscounted fare level must be collected. Exceptions: Upgrading the service class using accumulated miles (to Z class) or re-issuance under the Change Name Policy technology.

6. Re-issuance/Rebooking (Existing Tickets): The discount does not apply to fares for tickets issued prior to December 6–8, 2025, that are being re-issued or rebooked during the promotional period.

7. Re-issuance/Rebooking (Partial Use): For re-issuance or rebooking of partially used tickets purchased with the discount, the recalculation will be based on the original ticket issuance date (i.e., the discount will remain applied to the unused portion).

8. Promo Code Conflict: For re-issuance of tickets processed with previously granted promo codes or discounts during December 6–8, 2025, the promotional discount does not apply; the difference up to the full undiscounted fare must be collected.

9. Sales Channels: Sale with discount is permitted on the airline’s website (in UZS/USD/RUB), within the Republic of Uzbekistan (at the "Uzbekistan Airways Sales" branch and its agents), and abroad only for the airline's own sales network (agents working with HY via direct agency agreements, 25021...), irrespective of the passenger's citizenship. Does not apply to BSP agents. Website sales are automatic; agent sales are manual, applying the 15% discount for adults and children occupying a seat (in addition to the established CH25% discount).

10. Travel Period: Unlimited (the validity period of the carriage is determined by the rules of the applied fare; ticket issuance is allowed for the entire published schedule depth).

11. Discount Stacking: Discount combination is prohibited, except for the established child discount.

12. Fare Eligibility: Discount is allowed for all published individual Economy Class fares, as well as Economy Class fares for through carriage only on the airline's own regular flights, including low-cost flights, on the airline’s own stock (HY 25021...). Does not apply to CodeShare flights or fares published under commercial agreements (SPA).

13. Exclusions (Groups/Blocks): The discount does not apply to tickets issued under block seat agreements, group bookings, or A3PAX/A4PAX fares.

14. Exclusions (Airlines): The discount does not apply to Uzbekistan Helicopters/Silkavia flights.

15. Specific Flight Exclusion: The discount does not apply to the regular Tashkent – London – Tashkent Economy Class flight on December 11, 2025 (only the existing 50% Economy Class fare discount remains valid for this specific flight).

Note: Taxes, fees, and surcharges are added to the passenger fare and are not subject to the discount.
