For passengers traveling to the United States

Passengers entering or transiting through the United States must have a COVID-19 vaccination certificate confirming that they have been fully vaccinated at least 15 days (vaccination day + 14 days) prior to arrival. Passenger data (for example, name and date of birth) on the certificate must match the data on the passport / travel document. The following vaccines are accepted: AstraZeneca (SK Bioscience), AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Covishield, Covaxin, Janssen, Moderna (Spikevax), Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty), Sinopharm and Sinovac.

This does not apply to:

US citizens;

persons with a US residence permit;

passengers under the age of 18;

passengers with a letter from a doctor confirming that the passenger cannot receive a vaccine for health reasons;

Passengers with an invitation letter or other official document issued by the United States, another government, or the United Nations traveling on business.

Passengers entering or transiting through the United States must test negative for COVID-19 no later than 1 day prior to departure from the first point of boarding. Valid Tests: Antigen, NAAT, RT-LAMP, RT-PCR, or TMA.

This does not apply to:

passengers under 2 years old;

passengers who test positive for COVID-19, taken no later than 90 days before departure from the first point of boarding; and a letter from the health authority stating that the passenger is cleared for travel.

Before departure, passengers must fill out an attestation form and print it, present it at check-in for the flight.

Passengers are subject to COVID-19 control measures set by the state / territory of their final destination.

DV visas issued in September 2020 with expired validity are accepted for entry.

US citizens are allowed to enter with an expired passport. This does not apply to emergency passports, which must be valid on arrival.

Passengers can be subject to self-isolation or quarantine.
