How to get “Gold” status

To obtain “Gold” status, a participant must accumulate 75,000 status points within 12 months of the current calendar year. Status points are recalculated and reset annually on January 10 at 23:59. If the number of status points required to obtain the “Gold” level is accumulated in less than 12 months, then the participant receives the “Gold” status in the month in which the number of status points reached the required number of points. The validity period of the “Gold” status received for the first time by a member begins from the date of accumulation of 75,000 points and is valid until the end of the current year and the entire year following the current one. For other “Gold” status holders, every year on January 10, status points are reset and the status point accrual counter starts counting again. Cancellation of status points does not affect active points that are used to receive premium services.

If during the last 12 months of the validity period of the “Silver” or “Gold” status level, the participant does not accumulate the required number of his status points necessary to confirm the corresponding privileged level, then the participant’s status is automatically lowered by one level.

Changing the number of active points of a member does not affect the number of status points used to obtain privileged statuses and corresponding rewards.

The privilege of an additional baggage allowance is provided for transportation on both the OW and RT routes. This privilege must be registered in the JSC’s own offices or on the official website of the JSC in advance, by issuing an EMD and indicating the name of the award.

For the “SILVER’ level the additional free baggage allowance is:

with Weight Concept – 15 kg

with Piece Concept – 1 additional piece weighing 15 kg and dimensions 158 cm in the sum of three dimensions.

For the “GOLD” level, the additional free baggage allowance is:

with Piece Concept – 1 additional piece weighing 23 kg and dimensions 158 cm in the sum of three dimensions.

The privilege in the form of free service in the CIP and Business Lounge when departing/arriving from/to airports in Uzbekistan is provided upon presentation by the passenger of an air ticket and EMD, previously issued on the official website of the JSC.

Registration of the corresponding privileges is carried out by the participant on the JSC website or in its own sales offices, branches, representative offices of the JSC, subject to the participant providing the number of a valid personal account of the corresponding status.
