Family Program “UzAirPlus” – “Family”

Individual Program Participants – personal account holders can become participants in the “Family” family program. The owner of the family program account is the person who is a participant in the individual program and in whose name the “Family” family program account is opened.

The owner of the family account in the “Family” program adds participants who are members of his family to his account. Family members eligible to participate in the family program include husband/wife, children, and parents of the account holder. The right to participate in the “Family” program does not apply to other family members of the account holder.

To open an account in the “Family” program, a permanent participant in the personal Program must submit an application to the “UzAirPlus” service or the nearest representative office of the JSC or by e-mail: plus@uzairways.com or uzairplus@uzairways.com. Registration of a participant in the family program is carried out upon presentation of original documents/scans (passports, ID cards), identification documents of family members, birth certificates of children/owner or certificates of guardianship or adoption, as well as marriage certificates (or other document, confirming the conclusion of an official marriage).

If the personal account of a participant who is also the owner of a family account is canceled or closed, his family account is also subject to closure and points are cancelled.

Each personal account holder has the right to open only one family account.

Each family member who is a participant in the “Family” program is allowed to have a personal account. In this case, the owner and manager of the bonus points on the family account is the account owner in whose name the family account is opened.

All family members who are at the same time participants in the personal program “UzAirPlus” have the right to accumulate bonus points on the “Family” program account. At the same time, the accrual of points for used air tickets of personal account holders who are family members – participants in the “Family” program is carried out at the choice of the participant to his personal account or to the “Family” account. Points will be accrued to the account whose number the individual participant indicates when booking and issuing an air ticket.

The accumulation of bonus points on the “Family” account can also be done by transferring points from a personal account belonging to the owner of the “Family” program account.

By order of the account owner if there are a sufficient number of points on the “Family” program account, premium services can be issued to both the account owner and a family member.

Rewards for participants in the “Family” program are made by:

  • Issuance of an award ticket;
  • Premium upgrade to service class;
  • Payment for additional baggage allowance with reward points earned and /or purchased by the participant.

The privileges of personal account holders who have reached the “Gold” and “Silver” levels, who are at the same time participants in the “Family” program, do not apply to other family members registered in the “Family” program.

The Family program does not have status levels.

Award tickets for the carriage of unaccompanied children registered in the Family program are not issued.

Reward points accumulated on a family account are valid for 36 months from the date of the flight for which they were awarded.

If, within 36 months from the date of the last credited actual flight, family member flight records are not updated, the account will be cancelled.
