Terms and conditions of participation in the UzAirPlus corporate program
An organization (legal entity) can participate in the UzAirPlus program on a corporate basis.
The organization-participant of the UzAirPlus corporate program must apply for the participation in the Program, appoint one of its employees as a Manager of the UzAirPlus program and provide a list of employees of the organization who will participate in the accumulation of points in the UzAirPlus corporate program.
The Manager of the UzAirPlus corporate program of the organization-participant monitors the state of the account of the organization, applies to the airline in order to clarify the data on the accrual and write-off of the points, timely informs the airline about the changes in passport numbers of the employees participating in the accumulation of points in the corporate Program.
The list of employees of the corporate participant of the Program is provided on the letterhead of the organization, certified by the seal of the enterprise and the signature of the head of the enterprise. Copies of passports of the employees of the organization (participation in the program is from the age of 16) are to be attached to the list.
The change of the list of employees of the organization-participant is also made by the letter from the organization of the participant, on the letterhead certified by the signature of the head and the seal of the organization.
The organization-participant shall have only one "BUSINESS" card for the UzAirPlus program.
On the front side of the "BUSINESS" card is indicated the name of the organization and the validity of the card in the form of "DATE OF EXPIRY: DD.MM.YY."
The corporate "BUSINESS" card has only one level. No additional privileges can be granted to a corporate member.
In the corporate program, the points shall be credited on the organization's account only for the tickets at the registration of which were included the signs of involvement of these tickets to the corporate program (ie, a corporate card number). The tickets, which miss the corporate card number, may not participate in the accrue of points on the corporate program.
The award ticket may be issued if there are enough bonus points on the corporate account.
The award ticket can be issued only to the employee of the organization, who is enlisted in the program as a person involved in the accumulation of points on the corporate account of the organization.
On the part of the organization-participant of the corporate program, it is necessary to submit a written application on the letterhead of the organization, certified by the signature and seal of the head of the organization, and in the presence of a power of attorney of the established form for the award ticket.
If the organization- participant of the corporate program does not execute any flights within 12 months from the date of accrue of the last credit points for its last actual flight, its corporate account is nullified.
The points for flights of participating employees, including the Manager of the organization are credited to the corporate account of the organization in the UzAirPlus program. The accrued reward points are valid for 24 months from the date of the flight for which they are accrued. If a corporate member has not used the reward points during their validity period, the points accrued for the flights that were made more than 24 months ago are subject to cancellation.
The award ticket can be issued for any employee-participant, mentioned in the list of the organization.
