Starting from December 1, 2019, Uzbekistan Airways reduces the levels of economy class tariffs on the routes Tashkent - Stambul and Samarkand - Stambul (one way). Reduced tariff levels will be valid for sale on flights from 1 December 2019 to 31 March 2020.
Also, new promotional group fares (for groups of 2 and more passengers) for flights from Tashkent and Samarkand to Istanbul operated from 1 December 2019 to 31 March 2020 were published for sale from 01 to 10 December 2019. Free baggage allowance to these group fares is set at 45 kg.

At the event, the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Malaysia invited fashion designer Jimmy Choo to visit our country. Also, the famous Malaysian chef Datuk Chef Wan was announced a trip to Uzbekistan in March 2020.

Starting from November 28, 2019, Uzbekistan's air carrier increases the free baggage allowance on flights from Tashkent to Nur-Sultan and back:
- in business class - from 30 to 40 kg;
- in economy class - from 20 to 25 kg.

The Boeing 757 aircraft of Uzbekistan Airways, flying HY-642 St. Petersburg - Bukhara, could not land at the Bukhara International Airport due to bad weather conditions (heavy fog) and by the decision of the crew left for the alternate Navoi Airport. - Citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan who are under the age of 27 (at the time of filing);
- Have completed higher technical education;
- Have a certificate of nostrification of higher education diploma, in case of graduation from a foreign university;
- Have IELTS certificate with the result not lower than 6.0;
- Have a military ticket and are suitable for military service.
If any of these conditions are not met, the documents are not accepted, and no deviations from these requirements are allowed.
After accepting the documents, candidates will have to undergo a medical examination, professional psychological selection and examinations in higher mathematics and physics.
