Uzbekistan Airways takes part in the annual Tashkent International Tourism Fair “Tourism on the Silk Road”

The 24th Tashkent International Tourism Exhibition (TITF) "Tourism on the Silk Road" started in the capital.  This is a large-scale event of the tourism industry of Uzbekistan and the entire Central Asian region, held with the official support of the United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO).

 The TITF site, according to already established tradition, is divided into two pavilions - national and international.  The NAC Uzbekistan Airways, which is the official carrier of TITF-2018, presents its capabilities on a colorful stand, which is located in the International Pavilion along with exhibits of foreign companies, travel companies, airlines and various agencies working in the field of tourism.

During the three days of the exhibition, guests and visitors of the Uzbekistan Airways  stand will be able to get detailed information about the national carrier and its services.  NAC specialists will talk about the airline’s fleet, flight schedules, convenient transit flights, fares for tourist groups, discuss possible ways of cooperation with potential partners and customers and present promotional materials with the airline's logo.

“Our company is a dynamically developing regional organization that includes the Caspian European Club, which unites more than 5,000 companies and organizations from 70 countries of the world operating in the Caspian-Black Sea and Baltic states,” says Elchin Huseynov, representative  Caspian Energy International Media Group (Azerbaijan).  “Every year we organize various international forums, and we have plans to hold our next Caspian Energy Forum in Uzbekistan.  The national airline Uzbekistan Airways is one of the leading carriers of Central Asia, and we are interested in cooperation with such a large regional company.  Now, during the introductory conversation with the experts of the airline, we discussed areas in which we could cooperate”.

Note that NAC specialists will also take part in a special program of Hosted Buyers, will hold meetings in B2B format with tour operators, representatives of companies, agencies and other organizations of the tourism industry.

The exhibition will run until October 5. Guests and residents of the capital will be able to watch various presentations, taste national cuisine and sweets at the gastronomic festival “Taste of the Silk Road”, and enjoy the rich cultural program of the exhibition, revealing the national color of Uzbekistan.
